An executive in a company going through merger or acquisition may be accountable for consolidating business units/ business functions in order to achieve synergy savings. Our approach supports and enables efficient consolidation and synthesis of similar processes across multiple organizations.

We can show the activity models of one company and the activity models of the other. Then we add in the dimensions of which information each activity requires roles responsible for each activity, systems that contain the information. After seeing both these models one can eliminate duplications, and "model" the ideal organization. Further, the models can then produce policies, business requirements, and training materials for the subsequent organization.
